Unable to log in with provided credentials

If you get a message saying "Unable to log in with provided credentials", it means that either your email address or password is incorrect.

We first recommend verifying that there is no typographic error in the way you entered your email address. Ensure you have typed the correct password for your Plum account. If you forgot your password, consult the following article:

How can I reset my password?

Some employers use loginless links for their job applications, and perhaps you have completed the Plum assessment by simply clicking on your invitation link, without logging in. This means that you may not have set a password for your account yet. In the case of a loginless invite, a few minutes after clicking on the link, you should have received a new email. Click on the button in that email to set a password for your account. From there, you will be able to log in successfully.
