How do I change the email address on my Plum Account?

Certain employers ask that you use the same email address between your job application with them and your Plum account, otherwise they cannot see your Plum Profile. You can link your Plum Profile to your other Plum account or email address instead of changing the email address on your Plum Account. Click here to learn how to link your accounts.

To change the email address on your Plum account, you must send us a message to from each of your two email accounts confirming the details of your request. This way, we can verify that you are the owner of both email addresses. We will be happy to proceed with the change once we receive your emails.

Please note that this may cause issues with any ongoing job applications that you have with other companies.
