Changing the language during the Discovery Survey
An applicant can change the language they are taking the Plum Discovery Survey in, throughout the Survey, by leveraging the language toggle at the bottom of each question page.
Recruiting Platform Emails
When inviting a team member for the first time, the initial email will be sent in English. Once that user creates an account and sets their language in the platform, any subsequent emails will be in the language that was selected.
Applicant/Employee-Facing Emails - Non-ATS Integration
Emails will be sent in the language that the applicant/employee selected in the platform.
Applicant/Employee-Facing Emails - SuccessFactors Integration Only
Emails will be sent in the language detected via the integration.
