How can I find and manage my language settings in Plum?

The Plum Talent Resilience Platform, platform emails, and all applicant/employee-facing modules are available in the following 20 languages:

  • English
  • Chinese (Simplified)

To select your desired language, use the language picker. Be sure to change the language before entering any information.

Changing the language during the Discovery Survey

You can change the language they are taking the Plum Discovery Survey in, throughout the Survey, by leveraging the language toggle at the bottom of each question page.

Changing the language in the employer view

You can change the language using the drop-down menu in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.

Recruiting Platform Emails

When inviting a team member for the first time, the initial email will be sent in English. Once that user creates an account and sets their language in the platform, any subsequent emails will be in the language that was selected. 

Applicant/Employee-Facing Emails - Non-ATS Integration

Emails will be sent in the language that the applicant/employee selected in the platform. 

Applicant/Employee-Facing Emails - SuccessFactors Integration Only

Emails will be sent in the language detected via the integration. 

We will always respect the browser language settings and update the email language accordingly.
