Getting Started for Customers and Admins

Step 1: Intro to the Plum Help Center

This is your formal introduction to the Plum Help Center. Here you’ll find a lot of helpful information like step-by-step guides, videos, and templates to help you and your team navigate the Plum platform and set you up for success.

The Plum Help Center is divided into Public and Gated content. Public content is accessible to anyone. This is where employees and candidates can access helpful information on exploring their Plum Profile, the job application process, or professional development. The gated content is restricted to HR team members using the Plum Platform and contains information to help support the use of Plum across Recruiting and Talent Management.

To get started on accessing Plum’s Help Center’s gated content, sign up using your work email and create a new password. Once you have signed up, you will have access to all our amazing content.

This gated site is for our employer customers only.

 

Step 2: Using the Plum Platform

Once you are logged into the Help Center, a great place to start is to understand how to Use the Plum Platform.

If you are using Plum for Recruiting, we suggest accessing the Quick Start Guide for Plum Recruiting to understand the platform basics and to get up and running quickly. The User Guide for Plum Recruiting will provide more detailed information on other platform features.

If you are using Plum for Talent Management, we suggest accessing The User Guide for Plum Talent Management which will walk you through the various features you will use to support your Talent Management use cases.

For further information on User Management, creating and managing Match Criteria, Groups, Maps, Cohorts, and Job Requisitions, or working with integrations, you can visit the Using the Plum Platform section.

 

Step 3: Leveraging Customer Resources

To ensure our customers are getting the most out of Plum, we have developed a number of Customer Resources such as playbooks, tools, and best practice guides to support our customers with implementing Plum.

Step 4: Launching Plum

Once you’ve taken the time to set up Plum, it is time to launch! Proper change management is key to the successful launch and adoption of Plum. Provided below is a toolkit and templates to support your change management initiative.
