Do you feel that you cannot change your response from a column in section 1? Are you clicking on an answer but it is not selecting it?
Please note that if you already selected an option in a column, you must first unselect that option in order to be able to select a different answer from the same column.
1. First, unselect your answer by clicking on it again.
2. Once your initial response is unselected, you will then be able to select a different answer from the same column.
We recommend using a computer or tablet with the latest version of Google Chrome as your browser. Alternatively, we suggest trying a different internet browser (Safari, Edge or Firefox) and/or device to see if the issue persists.

As a reminder, in this section of the Survey, you must choose one answer from the left (least like you) and one answer from the right (most like you) before clicking "Next" to move onto the following question.
Only when you have selected an answer from each column, the "Next" button will become active.
