The Plum Help Center contains articles and resources that cover a wide range of topics and subject matter that is beneficial for recruiters, candidates, and talent management teams.

Customer Resources
The Help Center also features gated customer resources. This gives you access to additional content that is restricted to HR team members using the Plum Platform. It includes resources, videos, and guides about many of our product features: Recruiting, Match Criteria, User Permissions, and Talent Management.
The gated access is based on your company email domain(s). When you sign into the Help Center with a recognized email domain, you are granted access to our gated content.
First access to Plum’s Customer Resource Page requires initial Sign up.
Signing up is a very quick process. You are simply setting a password for your Plum Help Center/Customer Resource Page account.
It is important to remember that the Help Center login is separate from your Plum Platform sign in.
To get set up on the Customer Resource Page, we ask that you follow the steps in this article.
In-Platform Resource Center
Our in-platform Resource Center can be accessed directly from the Plum platform when logged in. It gives you direct access to the following:
- Helpful resources
- New Plum features (feature updates)
- Feedback program – a chance for you to share your feedback with us
- What’s happening at Plum (webinars, blog, customer newsletter)
If you have signed up to the Customer Resource Page through the Help Center, you will see numerous articles that you can access straight from the Resource Center.
The Resource Center provides you with immediate access to these articles right from the Plum Platform.
Rresources listed here are featured articles that are commonly used by our customers. The full list of articles, videos, and resources can be accessed through the Help Center as per usual.
Look for tooltips throughout the Platform to help explain features and navigate you to further resources.
Answer Bot/Web Widget
In the bottom-right corner of the Plum Platform, you will find our Help Web Widget button. When you click on the web widget, our Plum Answer Bot is initiated. The Answer Bot attempts to resolve your question before your request reaches our Support Team.
The Answer Bot will always offer the top three recommended articles based on keywords and phrases used in the request. The Answer Bot is triggered both by our web widget as well as when emails are submitted to help@plum.io.
