What is Social Intelligence?

Social intelligence is the extent that someone does well in difficult interpersonal situations where understanding social cues is important. It is the degree to which someone is good at knowing the right thing to say to people, identifying effective strategies to resolve conflicts and disagreements, and understanding the motivation and feelings of others.

It factors highly into the Plum talents Communication and Managing Others.
