No. A person’s Talents are a combination of raw ability and their priorities. Some parts of the Plum Discovery Survey ask individuals to prioritize between different behaviors and different descriptors. This means that there will be trade-offs - a higher score in one area can sometimes mean that the person will have a lower score in another area. This is done intentionally so that employers get a picture of what a person will naturally prioritize on the job. No one person can be good at every Talent.
