Zendesk enables a user of the Plum service to send a support request using an interface within the Platform or by sending an email to support@plum.io.  The information is logged in Zendesk. Zendesk provides the customer success team with an interface to track the ticket to resolution.

 

Access to Zendesk is limited to the Plum customer success team.

 

 

Pendo

Pendo is used to collect and analyze application telemetry data used for product improvement and problem analysis.

 

Code snippets are embedded within the application front-end and these capture activity logs.  Plum configures these to capture de-identified data (e.g., user is represented by an internal identifier that can be linked by Plum users outside Pendo to their full identity).

 

Pendo provides Plum customer success and product staff with tools to analyze these logs
