Because the Plum Discovery Survey does not assess for sub-clinical psychological traits, the results of the Discovery Survey do not directly assess mental health/state of mind. That said, any evaluation, such as a test at school or employment interview, can be perceived as stressful.
Plum does the best it can to mitigate test takers feeling stressed when they complete the survey. For example, the Survey is untimed, so you may take as long as you need to complete it. Our instructions explicitly recommend that the Discovery Survey is completed when you are feeling well, are well rested, and away from distractions. If you are feeling anxious, you can take a break, and come back to it when you are ready.
