How do I verify if an employee has completed their Plum Profile?
In the Members Tab, you can see that an employee has completed their Plum Profile if the logos of their top three talents appear in the Plum Profile column.
If an employee has not completed their Plum Profile, Request Profile will appear in the Plum Profile column.
Requesting an employee to complete their Plum Profile
You can request an employee or several employees to complete their Plum Discovery Survey from the Members tab of either a Talent Group or a Talent Map.
- To ask an individual to complete their Plum Profile, or to send them a reminder to complete it, click on Request Profile next to their name.
- To send requests to all of the Members who have not completed their Plum Profile and have not received a request or reminder in the past 72 hours, click on Request all, and Send Request. Please note that Members of the Group/Map who already completed their Plum Profile will not receive that email reminder, and that there is a 72 hour cooldown period between reminder attempts.
