When you create an Opportunity, you are prompted to import a Match Criteria.
Please note that you can always create the Opportunity without Match Criteria and add it later. In that case, the Opportunity will display No Match Criteria in the Key Dimensions column of your Opportunities tab.
You can also edit the chosen Match Criteria and change it as needed. To add or edit a Match Criteria, click on the More Options Menu on your given Opportunity row in the Opportunities tab. From there, click Edit and select a Match Criteria.
To remove the selected Match Criteria, simply click on the X next to the Match Criteria name in the Import Match Criteria field.
If the Match Criteria applied to an Opportunity is modified, a button will appear next to the associated Opportunity, in the Opportunities tab. You can then click on Update Match Criteria for your Opportunity to reflect the latest Match Criteria version.
Please note that once the Match Criteria is updated, the records in the Map tab will also be updated to reflect this change, which may alter employees’ Match Scores for that Opportunity. Once a Match Criteria is updated, it is not possible to undo this action.
Viewing the Match Criteria from Inside the Opportunities Tab
You can view the details of the Match Criteria of an Opportunity by clicking on the More Options Menu and then selecting View Match Criteria.
This shortcut allows you to seamlessly access the Match Criteria Catalog. To navigate back to your Map, simply use the back-arrow button of your browser.
