*The Members tab in Talent Maps functions the same way as the Members tab in Talent Groups. Therefore, for simplicity, this article will refer to the Members tab as an indication for both the Members tab of a Group and the Members tab of a Map.
Adding Members to the Members tab
Only employees listed in the Company tab can be added as Members. You can find the detailed steps on how to add employees to the Company tab here.
To add Members, navigate to the Members tab and Click on Add Members.
You will have 3 options to add Members:
- Search for employees that are in the company list.
- Search for previously created Groups of employees.
- Search for Maps that have a list of employees associated with them.
Please note that if a Group is updated after the Group Members have been added to a Talent Map or another Talent Group, the Members in the Members tab will not update. You will have to re-add the Group to have the Members tab reflect the changes.
Removing Members from the Members tab:
You can remove a Member from the Members tab by clicking on the X on the right-hand side of their row. Please note that removing a Member from a Group or a Map does not remove the employee from the Company tab. However, if an employee is removed from the Company tab, they will be removed from the Groups and Maps that they were a Member of.
