Our Analytics module has been designed to enable talent acquisition program leaders to explore how their company uses Plum. We have made it easy to find key insights and surface real-time metrics to facilitate targeted actions that support data-driven recruiting outcomes.

Enhanced Talent Rediscovery Feature
Job-Level Talent Rediscovery

The Talent Rediscovery updates support the following use cases:
- As a talent acquisition/talent management professional, I want to search my existing talent pipeline so that I can identify who is the best fit for this open role and bulk add them as prospects to this role. (Search candidates)
- As a talent acquisition/talent management professional, I have a specific named candidate who I think will be a great fit for this role and need to be able to find them so that I can add them as a prospect to this role. (Search candidates)
- As a talent acquisition/talent management professional, I want to surface only those candidates from my existing talent pipeline that have applied to other roles at my company that are located in Toronto, so that the prospects I am adding are more likely to be interested in the location of this role. (Location)
- As a talent acquisition/talent management professional, I want to surface only those candidates from my existing talent pipeline that have applied to other roles at my company in the Administrative and Clerical category, so that the prospects I am adding are more likely to be interested in this role and/or have the necessary eligibility requirements for this role. (Job category)
Candidate-Level Talent Rediscovery
The Talent Rediscovery updates support the following use cases:
- As a talent acquisition/talent management professional, I want to see what other specific open roles might be a good fit for a specific candidate, so that I can find other opportunities to potentially hire this great candidate and add her as a prospect to those roles. (Search jobs)
- As a talent acquisition/talent management professional, I want to be able to search for the specific named role that I just posted, so that I can see if a specific candidate would be a good fit for it and add them as a prospect. (Search jobs)
- As a talent acquisition/talent management professional, I want to be able to find other roles that a specific candidate would be a good fit for that are located in a specific location as I know the candidate wants to work in that location, so that I can add them as a prospect to those roles. (Location)
- As a talent acquisition/talent management professional, I want to be able to find other specific types of role roles that a specific candidate would be a good fit for as I know that the candidate has the skills and experience for those types of jobs, so that I can add them as a prospect to those roles. (Job category)
All of the filters are sticky, so you can do various filtering combinations and then bulk add.
Plum-Platform Email Translations
All emails from the Plum platform, both employer-facing and applicant/employee-facing will be translated in the following languages: Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), French, French (Canadian), German, Italian, and Japanese.
Employer-Facing Emails
When inviting a team member for the first time, the initial email will be sent in English. Once that user creates an account and sets their language in the platform, any subsequent emails will be in the language that was selected.
Applicant/Employee-Facing Emails - Non-ATS Integration
Emails will be sent in the language that the applicant/employee selected in the platform.
Applicant/Employee-Facing Emails - SuccessFactors Integration Only
Emails will be sent in the language detected via the integration.
Note: We will always respect the browser language settings and update the email language accordingly.
Added Privacy/Security with "Recruiter" Role-Based Permission Level
A new role-based permission level called "Recruiter" has been added. This role-based permission is available as an add-on to all current in-platform permission levels.
Going forward, the following permission levels will be available:

*Note: no changes will be made to pre-existing permissions/access. I.e. if you are already a job-admin, job-regular, or job-limited user, you will not see any change in your current platform capabilities.
Context Added to Search Jobs Feature
The phrase “search jobs” has been added to the search bar on the job dashboard and job list pages.
Integration-Specific Updates
SuccessFactors
- Ability to detect which language that Plum platform emails should be sent in.
- The application invite expiry has been extended to 14 days.
- External (applicant-facing) job names are now used in Plum platform correspondence with applicants (where an external job name exists).
Greenhouse
