Yay, you have just been granted a Plum Talent Guide! Read this article for more information on:
1. Viewing your Talent Guide
2. Printing your Talent Guide
3. Sharing your Talent Guide
1. Viewing your Talent Guide
Your Talent Guide is composed of a Talent Breakdown and a Summary. You can access these under Talent Guide, after logging into your Plum account.
2. Printing your Talent Guide
The Talent Guide was designed to be viewed and shared directly online (it's better for the environment!). See 3. Sharing the Talent Guide for more details.
You cannot print an entire report of your Talent Guide. You can only print your Summary or each Talent of your Talent Breakdown separately.
You can print the selected page from your browser's printing option.
In Google Chrome, click on the extended menu in the top right corner and select Print...
In the Destination drop-down menu, you can select your printer for a paper copy, or Save to PDF to save a copy in your files.
3. Sharing your Talent Guide
Once you receive a Talent Guide, you will probably want to share it with managers, career coaches, mentors, etc.
For convenience, a unique link is available within the Talent Breakdown. Simply click the copy icon to copy the URL to your clipboard. You can then paste the link in an email, chat program, or wherever you wish.
You can also access the shareable URL via the Sharing button on the left-hand side under the About tab.
This link will allow others to see your Talents, Competencies, as well as suggestions and development advice. For privacy, the version that others see will not show any personal or identifiable information. Your name or email address or any other identifiable information is NOT displayed.
