The Plum Talent Guide is a Talent-based professional development guide. It can be accessed by both you and those with whom you share to inform continuous, collaborative, and future-focused learning and development.
It is created from the answers provided in the Plum Discovery Survey and is unique to each individual's Plum Profile.
The Plum Talent Guide is a framework for self-reflection, discussion, and developmental action. It provides a channel through which individuals can do self-discovery, develop as professionals, and to better understand how to differentiate themselves.
The Talent Guide focuses on Talents that are transferable across different roles and situations and therefore can be leveraged across an entire educational or career journey. The results are provided in a friendly, positive, and intuitive manner, and enables individuals to gain a clear understanding of the Talents that drive and drain them the most.

Your Talent Guide is composed of two main sections: The Summary and the Talent Breakdown.
Your Talent Guide Summary gives you a high-level view of your drivers and drainers.
Your Talent Breakdown provides you with a deep understanding of the Talents that drive and drain you in the workplace. In the drop-down menu, your Talents are listed in a top-down order: from the Talents that drive you the most down to the Talents that drain you the most. You can select each individual Talent to dive deeper.
For each of the selected Talents, there are two tabs: Competencies and Suggestions. In Competencies, you can see how each of the competencies and behaviors of each Talents drive you or drain you.
The Suggestions tab provides development tips and resources for each of the ten Talents.
