Benchmarked Match Criteria are match criteria that have been set for a job as a result of an expert analysis. There are two types of benchmarking analyses that may have been conducted to determine the match criteria:
- Averaged Match Criteria from a previous role
- This is when a suitable number of expert contributors have taken the match criteria survey for the same type of role and their responses have been averaged and reproduced for this role.
- Internal Benchmarking exercise
- This is when your company has hired Plum to assess employees who are already in this role, to determine which characteristics predict success.
In both cases, enough data has been collected such that the match criteria can be set for the job and expert contributors are not required to complete the match criteria survey.
