Benchmarked Match Criteria are Match Criteria that have been set for a job as a result of a Plum expert analysis. There are two types of analyses that may have been conducted to determine the Match Criteria:
1. Mapping Exercise
This is when the Plum Talents have been mapped to a previously-existing competency model. The five Talents that best map to that competency model would be used as the benchmark.
2. Internal Benchmarking exercise
This is when your company has hired Plum to assess employees who are already in this role, to determine which characteristics predict success.
In both cases, Expert Contributors are not required to complete the Match Criteria Survey. Thus, only the Summary and Info tabs are available for a benchmarked Match Criteria:
