The Plum Discovery Survey does not assess sub-clinical traits, such as anxiety or depression. We estimate that a diagnosis of a psychological nature will not create a barrier to successfully completing the assessment. It is recommended that an individual completes the Discovery Survey when they are well rested and away from distractions.
The Plum Discovery Survey is not timed, and it can be completed in several sessions. Once the assessment is started, an individual can leave and return to the assessment where they left off at any time. If you are feeling anxious, take a break, and come back to it when you are ready. No time limit is imposed. The time taken to complete the assessment is not tracked, and therefore does not impact the results.
Please note that your employer may set a deadline by which you must complete the assessment, based on their own timeline. If you require a delay or an accommodation, we invite you to contact the employer directly to make an arrangement.
