There are times when you have a candidate to a job that you think may be a good fit for a different job.
Talent Rediscovery is a feature that allows you to prospect candidates for a job that already exist in your talent pool, but didn’t apply to your specific job. This means that you can leverage your existing candidate pool of individuals who are already interested in your company and identify how well they match to your open roles.
It is possible to do Talent Rediscovery at the job level and the candidate level. At the job level, Talent Rediscovery allows you to see who in your talent pool is the best fit for a specific job. At the candidate level, Talent Rediscovery allows you to see which jobs are the best fit for a specific candidate.
An indication of the date at which a candidate was prospected into the job will appear under their name in the Candidates tab.
Job-Level Talent Rediscovery
At the job level, within a job requisition, the Talent Rediscovery button is located on the Candidates tab, on the right side of the Filter button.
When clicking on the Rediscovery Button, you will see a list of applicants who have applied to other jobs at your company. You will be able to see the name of the job they applied to and their Match Score for the present job you may prospect them into.
*By default, only candidates in your talent pool with a score of 80 or above for this job will be visible in Talent Rediscovery, unless you search for a specific candidate name using the search bar.
Use the box to locate a specific candidate from your talent pool to prospect to the current job.
Use the and boxes to filter the prospect list. These boxes are searchable, simply start typing the name of the location or job category in the box, or simply select from the drop-down list. This will populate a list of only those candidates who applied to jobs in the designated location and/or job category.
Click on a prospect's name and click at the bottom-right to add them to your candidate pool for this job. You can add multiple prospects by selecting multiple names at the same time.
*Note: the pages are sticky so you can easily select multiple prospects across multiple pages to add them to the job.
Applicant-Level Talent Rediscovery
At the applicant level, the Talent Rediscovery button is located within a single applicant's profile, next to their pipeline stage drop-down menu.
When you click the Rediscovery button at the candidate level, you will see a list of all open job requisitions and the corresponding Match Score for that applicant within each of those roles.
Use the box to locate a specific job from your open job requisitions to prospect the individual to those jobs.

Click on a job title and click at the bottom-right to add the individual to the applicant pool for that job. You can add them to multiple jobs by selecting multiple job titles at the same time.
