A candidate's match strength is represented with Match Rings.
The Match Ring represents how likely a candidate's ability is to exhibit that Talent, will it come to them naturally.
The more complete the Match Rings, the stronger the match between the candidate and the role. There are 5 quadrants within the Match Rings, which represents the candidate's natural ability to exhibit those Talents:
The outer rings contribute more to the candidate’s match score than inner rings. The more complete the ring, the more pronounced the Talent.
What should be kept in mind is that a candidate cannot be strong at all 10 Talents. The match rings provide you with a summary overview of their results.
Each Talent is broken down into competencies and specific work behaviors. In reviewing a candidate's profile, we recommend digging deeper into the competencies and individual work behaviors if they relate to the requirements of the role.
