Each applicant has a match score ranging from 1-99, based on how good of a behavioral fit they are for the role.
The score is a combination of an applicant’s natural ability in the 5 talents that were determined to be the most important in the role by the match criteria survey. An applicant’s score in a talent is a specific combination of the traits Plum measures in the Discovery Survey.
A match score above 80 is considered strong. We suggest shortlisting a candidate if they have a match score above 80 and otherwise meet your specifications for the job. A match score of 61 is average.
